By train
If you're travelling by train it is possible to start the walk at Bamford station. For timetable information tel: 08457 48 49 50.
By bus
If you're travelling by bus there are several points where you can start the walk – Longshaw (Fox House), Eyam (Miners Arms), Shatton (High Peak Garden Centre), Ladybower Inn or Moscar.

Food and refreshment
There are many shops in Eyam to stock up from. And several pubs on route for refreshment.
Fastest time
The fastest recorded time so far has been that of Mr Gwesyn Davies, who on 4th February 1995 took 7 hours 18 minutes to complete the challenge.
